1. Account Registration & Eligibility

To participate in sports betting and casino games on Mahadev Book, you must create a verified betting ID. By doing so, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or of legal gambling age in your respective jurisdiction.
• You are providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Single Account Policy: You are permitted to open only ONE account. Multiple accounts created by the same user to exploit bonuses will be permanently suspended.

2. Security & Account Responsibility

Your account security is a shared responsibility:

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Mahadev Book ID, password, and login credentials.
• Any bets placed from your account will be considered valid, provided your account was accessed using the correct credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our WhatsApp support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

We strive to process financial transactions as rapidly as possible, subject to the following rules:

• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested (Standard Anti-Money Laundering policy).
• Withdrawals are processed strictly to accounts bearing the same name as the registered Mahadev Book account holder.
• We reserve the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documents prior to approving large withdrawal requests to prevent fraud.

4. Betting Rules & Settlement

All sports bets and casino wagers are subject to our specific game rules. Mahadev Book reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious technical error, software glitch, or clear human error in odds publishing. In such rare cases, the wagered amount will be fully refunded to the user's wallet.

5. Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent behavior. Your account may be terminated, and funds forfeited, if you engage in:

• Collusion, syndicate betting, or using automated AI bots to place bets.
• Providing forged identification documents or using stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software or exploiting bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahadev Book operates "as is". While we ensure 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for any losses incurred due to poor internet connectivity on the user's end, hardware failures, or unforeseen server outages during live matches.
